I had a milkshake. I was so sick of eating the same thing over and over again. Make sure you get your protein. I wasn't and was really weak. I'm on soft foods now and it's so much better now. I still haven't felt restriction tough. Kind of wondering what that feels like. Thanks for reading my blog. Sometimes I feel like I'm talking to myself so its nice to know someone's reading.

Hey JaxsMom, How are you? I was banded on Friday, so I am a few days behind you. I too got nauseous but not as bad as you. I was given phenergan at the hosp and this helped with the nausea. I hope you are feeling better. Love your blog, I just started bloggin before surgery as well. I tried to b a follower but must be too tired to figure it out right now. I am tired of clear liquids, so I am happy to get full liquids tomorrow. Do you think a milkshake counts? I am having hunger pains though.. huh?? Hope this goes away. No gas pains here, just some wierd hiccup things.. Oh well, just wanted to say hello and check in since out dates were close. Take care!

My surgery was ok. No gas pain or nausea for me--I got lucky I think. A lot of pain in the port incision still, though. Really swollen as well. Tomorrow is my follow up with my doctor, so we'll see how he thinks I am doing. I hope you are feeling better soon!! Healing is taking a long time.

Surgery went well. I was very dizzy and nauseous the next day though and had to go to the ER. It was my fault. I knew the medicine was going to cause dizziness. I should have made them change it or get me nausea medicine. Doing better now. Although i feel like a ball is shoved up under my rib cage. Hoping its just swelling.
How was your surgery?
