Hi My name is Greg from Metairie. I am thinking about lap-band or RNY gastric bypass and am going in for a counsel June 10 at Ochsner. I want to know the down side of this surgery or any difficulties you may want to share. I see almost nothing but success stories (great job!) but no down sides??? Im from here and will DEFINITLY miss the huge portions... but life is life... and Im loving it with my wife... and want to stay on this Earth for as long as possible.

BTW - Our family is off to Hawaii as well in September.
