I am 26 years old, a single mother of a 5 year old little boy, who works midnight for a local police department.  I have been over weight for as long as I can remember.  In the last 6 months I have had more medical problem then ever before.  Including sleep apnea, high Bp, High Cholesterol, High Trigly, PCOS (Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome), and an enlarged liver.  I have been wanting the lap-band for several years now but before when I didn't have the health care problems the insurance denied me but now that I have them they approved.  My surgery is scheduled for July 27,10 and I cant wait to start this new journey of my life.
