That is awsome.. But I know how you feel becasue when you first get the surgery and you are shedding 1-3 lbs a day and you go from 1-3 lbs a week it is very frustrating. i am addicted to weighing myself. i know it is not healthy but it is my motivation to shy away from the bread and sweets. I will flip if my doc says no fill, I mean what did I get cutr open for idf not to have more restriction. Even 1-3 cc would be great. Try kaschi my doc recommended that brand they make cereal frozen entrees and bars. It is high in protein and has low calories and great veggies and very tasty easy to make. Yea 100 lbs in a year is awsome..

well since i was still losing one pound a week, my dr. didnt even want to do a fill but i told him how hungry ive been and he agreed to put 1cc in (i have a 10cc band). i did the liquid diet again for 48 hours and lost 3 pounds. now that im back to my regular foods, i'm still not noticing any restriction :/ but like you, i have been eating a lot of chicken and fish, veggies, and fruits and staying FAR FAR away from carbs. i guess 1-2 lbs a week isnt so bad. that's about 100 lbs in a year!
