I did walk into the office today & I am staying with Dr Martin. I signed a release for my file and walked in over to Dr Lourie's office. I have my appt on tues for my 1st fill & im very excited. Glad to hear you are doing better. Ive been doing pretty good but cant wait for the fill. This heat has drained me and have not exercised much. This is going to be a challenging weekend. Have my cousin's wedding on Sat, then on Sun we are having a family get together B-B-Q for my newphews b-day. Have been able to stary away from temptation but cant avoid this weekend. Im feeling pretty strong. My mom & sisters are the only ones that know about the lap-band & I told them to keep me in check if I start to stray.
