I heard an annoucement on the radio on May 10th for Lap Band for Less in Monroe, LA. I called and they were able to see me the same day. I filled out a few forms and they checked my insurance. Of course, my insurance didn't cover the surgery, so I applied with Care Credit. They approved the $11,000 credit for the surgery. The clinic did some bloodwork and scheduled me for May 28, 2010. I'm a little nervous at how fast this is going, but I've been doing my homework on both the surgery as well as the surgeon.
