I would highly recommend her. She performed surgery on me exactly one year ago. I have met my goal and feel great. I really had no major issues post op. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and easily approchable. Her office staff is fantastic!
I have only 8 pounds to go. But I have been stuck right here for the past 3-4 weeks. I was hoping to meet my goal before my second fill on July 19. I may have to go back to liquids for a while. Or maybe I should not have taken those trips to Ft. Lauderdale and New Orleans. LOL:rolleyes2:
White House Black Market is my new favorite store. I went in yesterday not even knowing what size I was down to. It felt so good when the sales rep said "I think you could go down a size". She was right. I was able to fit comfortable in a size 8 in pants and 10 in tops. I still have 10 more pounds to go. I'm so excited about my success. I woke up this morning and cleared my closet of two large trash bags of clothes. And its funny because the weight has come off so fast that I never got a chance to wear all those size 12 pants and jeans I was saving for years. I have no regrets about having this surgery. The only draw back is that I have spent almost $700 in the past few days on new clothes and undergarments. But its all good.
I am fortunate enough to have connections. I am a nurse at a surgery center. The surgeon gave me a deep discount. My boss only charged me for the band itself. The anesthesiologist only charge me $200 and that was only because he had to pay the CRNA. The balance was paid through Care Credit. Got approved for way more than I needed. No interest if paid in 6 months. I was very fortunate.
