Hi Everyone,
I've had my lap band for about 3 1/2 yrs:thumbup:. Had lost 75lbs and kept it off, went from size 24-26 to size 14 . Recently have gained about 10lbs :tongue2:. Working hard to stay on track. It gets easier with time but it's also very easy to become complacent.
