Hello Banders....I was banded in 2007, I know we all would love to hit goal, but tryiing hard and getting close is still sucessfull in my book. Support is very important, I dont get much, so this site and the chatroom helps a lot.

Had my refill yesterday, already feel some restrictriction today. Plan is get used to band next couple of weeks. Then in 2011, no excuses, Finish this thing in get to goal.

Hi Guys, I heard that taking Viagra makes you perform like a machine. So I tried one the other day just to see what would happen? I don't need any help, but was curious to see the effects? My friend was right, It was like I had power and performance like crazy. My question is..... My band got really tight for about 24 hours, it was hard to eat anything without pain, Throat and Chest seemed sollen? Has anyone else had this effect?

This is a tough one to respond too. I think many people will have a differint view of what cheating is? My view of cheating is innercourse. Others view could be : Phone Sex Cyber Sex Kissing Touching So I feel, If you havent had innercourse, You havent cheated. -

Hello all from California....I am in San Clemente... I was banded way back in 2007, I lost 75 lbs THE FIRST YEAR. after that I sort of fell of the wagon, starting going back to some of the foods I had been mssing. Good news is I only gained about 5 lbs, I recently got a another fill, and am very tight. So trying to get the last 30 lbs off. Im in the chat room once in while, say hello. -
My internet service died last night, sorry I dissaperred so fast. Hope to chat again soon.

Divorce/Split Rates post lap band

WE had a discussion about this at my lapband support group. Many people have issues after weight loss surgery. Marriage is not easy, I think when we are heavier, we just cave in to get along. Once we loose weight, and gain more confidence back, many of us want to explore areas that we didn't do in the past. I am trying to keep this PG rated, but I think you know what I mean. So divorce rate does go way up after surgery. Lots of us feel ignored in marriage, and now want to and deserve the extra attention.
