My name is jermar james and i have been over weight most of my life but just last year i found my knees hurting and they hurt so much i wasnt able to do little stuff like walk around a store or run or play basket ball which i used to do and that is what really opened my eyes to the fact that if i didnt do anything i would regret it sooner or later so i begain my journy with the lapband started my 6 month waiting period in april so ill have my op in november hopefully
