  1. Hi All:biggrin1: I haven't posted in here for awhile, but I read up everyday. Congrats to you all for the inches and lbs comming off :clap2: :clap2: . Lbs are nice to see, but inches are even better:D . I am struggling w/ the lbs part too, but was surprised to see my measurements shrinking:omg: .     Okay I'm In:clap2: 45min cardio- does cleaning and scrubbing the floors count?? I have my twins surprise birthday party Saturday and my kitchen floor needs hands and knees!!:omg: I am however taking volunteers to join in my workout (LOL). Just bring a scrubbrush and some ole sweat pants :heh: I can't believe my babies are 6yrs old today:cry ! My oldest will be 10 on March 7th!! I am getting soooo old!!!!!!!!:think Tann- I am trying the water in the morning thing, so how long till you quit running to pee every 3minutes???? I have had to run to the bathroom all morning!! I am getting nothing done at work!!!!!!!!! I am not a big egg fan, but I'll try the meat and egg thing and see what happens. I'll try anything once!     TANN..............Great idea! I hate water:speechles . There, I admitted it. I am going to start trying to drink all my water in the AM. I am only doing sugar free hot chocolate for breakfast now. I commit to trying that for 1week and see what happens! Today: sugar free hot chocolate 20 oz water lean cuisine frozen meal for lunch frito chips- small bag :) 3 muskateer bar- I know I know I know:rolleyes: :rolleyes: PMS week is so hard for me!:mad: I'm buying a water jug tonight!! love you all!     Welcome Jen! I can't wait until I can say I have lost 100lbs!!!!! What an inspiration you are!!!:clap2: Keep going on the journey and the last 50lbs will fall off I'm sure! I have gained 4lbs:nervous !! I am on my period so I'm hoping it water weight. I hate the TOM:mad: :mad: !! Avilla- hope you are feeling better . Teresita- did you keep all our goals we posted for this camp? I looked back through the pages but I couldn't find it. I can't remember how much I wanted to loose as a goal.     Hi Guys! Guess what?:mad: WE WON :woot: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: . My son's Squirt AA level hockey team won the tournament in Pittsburg Pennsylvania this weekend!! I was sooo proud of them! Yes sarge, I'm back and need to kick it into gear! I started my period(ugh!:tired ) So I have gained 5lbs as of this morning....but I think some of it is water weight that should come off now that I've started. I ate terrible of course in Pennsylvania!! Well, it could have been worse I guess...but I didn't drink water like I should have! So I'm starting right now!! Great to be back w/all you guys!! PS if anyone lives in Pennsylvania...its beatiful there! Good to be back on track! Turner24:clap2:

    Bandida! I am so sorry your sick!! Try a sip of cola. I got a piece of potatoe skin stuck once and tried it all like you have. I finally broke down and drank a couple sips of DH diet coke and walah!:Banane20: It's worth a try. Big hug to you! I lost another 3lbs!!     Its crazy here w/ice and sleet!:phanvan I am one of the only people who braved it into the office like an idiot:paranoid Everyone else is at home sleeping in :notagree . My son has his last hockey tournament in Pittsburg, PA this weekend and I have already taken off Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. I couldn't afford to miss today:rolleyes: . So here I am!! Avilla- Happy Anniversary Girlie :biggrin1: Hope you worked off some of your Red Lobster calories when you got home :heh: Teresita- Where do you live?? I am in Ohio and we have 3 inches of snow and 3/4" ice on top of that. We are supposed to get another 3-6" today and overnight. :faint: Tann- You are doing great!! I know how it feels to want to be able to eat like we used to sometimes :cry . I made BBQ ribs and they smelled great, but chew as I might it hurt like crap going down :think . I felt sick the rest of the night :sick Hope you all stay safe, dry, and warm today!! The good news is I won't need to wait for the treadmill today :clap2: . Yes sarge! I am going in at 11am to walk for 20min Wish us luck in Pennsylvania!! I will probably check in Thursday, but then I will be gone until Tuesday. Everyone better behave! I have a question!:girl_hug: We are taking lunch meat for sandwiches to the hotel and chips and things. There is no microwave in the room. What are some good portable food idea's you all have found?? I am taking some fat free sugar free yogurt. I don't tolerate lunch meat well, and I dont need the chips :bandit . love you all ! I mean it, I couldn't do this without you guys and your support!!   9. Hi all! Just been reading back through the last few pages......I too hated to try and wipe my a$$!!! Thats the lowest of lowes isn't it??:cry I picked up an up to 400lbs scale at bath and body works for $39.00. :confused: We have talked before about how hard it is to find one that goes over 330lbs!!:rolleyes I have lost another 7lbs! :clap2: . I am thrilled. I am just starting to believe this might actually work!! I was such a slow looser until recently. :guess Thank God it took off finally! I guess I didn't put it on in a day....and I wont take it off in one either :heh: Great job everyone on wt loss. Just wondering........ what is average wt loss post op? I was banded 10/30/06. I see people posting who have lost 50lbs in 1mo or so. I was starting to get very discouraged :think . As long as the scale goes down not up though, I won't complain!! Best of luck to you all!     Hi All! I am down 7 more lbs this morning :confused: :) . I am excited to finally see the scale moving!! For all of you that are like me and weigh more than the 330lb wt limit of most scales:omg: . I though I would share.........I got a weight watcher scale at Bath and body works for $39.00. I didn't think it was too bad. It goes up to 400lbs. I hope to not need it to surpass 350 for long!:tired I am inspired to behave so here is menu plan for today: B= sugar free hot chocolate l= Soup at hand brocolli and cheese d= salad and 1oz bbq ribs, green Beans. 64oz water/crystal light Good luck to all of you!!!!!     NICEYRENEE: GREAT JOB!!!!!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: Hi all bootcampers! I had a 0.2cc unfill yesterday and I am feeling better. I ate some pringles this morning (not the best choice:rolleyes .. but it was proof I can eat solids again!!) I am having cottage cheese for lunch. I lost another 6lbs in the 2 weeks since my fill, but that was mainly because I couldn't eat anything . I am going to have to be very careful now. Cause I'm STARVING!:hungry: :hungry: :hungry: :hungry: :hungry: :hungry: Hope everyone has a great weekend!:biggrin1: We too are trying to stay warm.     Hi All! Welcome LaLa! I have to check in today since I don't have internet access over the weekends!:phanvan I am trying to survive untill Thursday (I get a slight unfill!) I have not been able to eat anything lately.I have very little energy so exercising is hard....but I did do the stairmaster for 5min and lift weights at lunch today!     Hi fellow bootcampers!! I think I may be too tight! I tried to live w/it; cause I couldn't take it off fast enough for me; but I can't eat right!!:phanvan I have had today: sugar free hot chocolate for breakfast because I have heard people say they are tight in AM and need something hot to loosen up! It is now 12noon here and I can't keep down tomato soup and crackers!! I thought maybe I ate too fast...so I waited,.... and nope! I lost it again. Should I get an unfill?? I can't eat ground meat either! I am living on refried beans and soup. I am not getting enough nutrients in and I am starting to feel like crap.:rose: I did drink a protein shake for vitamins yesterday for a snack. Should I cave and get an unfill? or should I stop whining and drink my shakes and soup?? Turner24

    Hi fellow campers! Teresita- It wasn't meant to be an excuse=) I promise:rolleyes: . I took the good advise and walked in place at home. I also did some heavy housework (mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, ect). I am hangin in! I plan an exercise video tonight. Richard Simmons anyone? I really don't care 4 him, but sweatin to the oldies is all I have!! :rolleyes I need to invest. Did good this weekend....it was my husbands birthday and I didn't even have cake!! I did lick the ice cream spoon.....but that was it! Gotta go! Like I said...........it's been crazy busy at work!!!!!!!:cry Love you all and keep up the good work! Turner24

    Hi All, Feeling better today.......still have cramps:mad: , but haven't succumbed to cheescake and coke:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: . Your right sarge, today is another day. I am going to fill up my water bottle right now!:speechles Do you guys feel sick if you drink too much after eating? I have to wait about 45min-1hr after eating before I can drink my water. It makes it hard to fit in enough protein/food. How do you guys do it??:mad: I'm afraid I'm a bit too tight d/t unable to eat solids well. I am trying to just deal w/it and hope it loosens up a bit. I go for my 3mo appt 2/14/07. I can have a slight unfill then if it persists. I PB on anything solid (PB'd up one dorito last night....One!!) Soup,chili, and refried beans are my meals for a while. I have been drinking V8 juice to get in some veggies!! so far today: Breakfast: cup of sugar free hot cocoa lunch:1 cup chili w/1cracker going to fill water now!!!
