I was banded May 5 and it did hurt some when walking.

Malley weight loss has a support group the 2nd saturday each month and they have a clothing exchange.

How would you know if you have stretched your pouch. I'm loosing the weight and eat 3 meals a day but don't let myself get to that stuffed point. I don't want to do anything to hurt my band.

How do you know if you have eaten to much.

My doctor had me do a two weeks of protein shake breakfast and lunch and a lean cusine meal for dinner.

When do you get your first fill. I had surgery May 5.

I was banded on May 5. I am doing soft foods. I am loosing weight. How do you know you are getting enough food. I don't get the feeling you do when your stomach says your full. I don't want to eat to much to see. I haven't thrown up any. I know that can happen alot when you overeat. Just making sure band is good. I'm not having any issues with it.

Has anyone gone to Olive Garden and did ok eating salad and breadsticks.

I had my surgery a month ago and am on soft foods but thaught the dr said you would be on reg foods after a month. I don't go back till June 17. I have noticed that the diets the dr has them on are all different on when to do liquids, pureed, and soft, and reg.

can you have scrambled or hard boiled eggs on soft foods.
