As I reached the 100 lbs. mark of being overweight, I considered Lap Band Surgery. My insurance declined my claim... To make the long story short, I am loosing weight and loving it without the surgery. I have addressed the hidden hindrances that caused me to gain weight and have consistently lost and kept off the weight. Not only I was able to easily loose 2 lbs a day (lap band results without surgery) I was able to inspire and coach others to do the same. My husband lost 20 lbs, my teenage daughters lost 20 and 17 lbs each and my 12 year old son lost 14 lbs. My best friend lost 30 lbs and my cousin lost 23 lbs. I helped others too...I am writing a book and putting website and manual to provide weight loss coaching without the surgery. It is the same results; the only difference is instead of forced portion control..., you are able to control the amount you consume (as if you had the surgery) and feel full (train your stomach to get satisfied with small portion) and loose up to 2 lbs a day safely without the surgery, the risk of surgery, the recovery period or possible complications from surgery. I am glad I was able to do this and feel amazing that I finally am able to have the skinny person mentality and a lifestyle. I have seen how people who had lap band surgery and gained the weight back, so I know surgery is not the answer for permanent weight loss. Please reconsider and email me if you want surgery alternative.
