Graminator

Well glad to see we are both doing ok then. I have lost 35 at my last adjustment and have been losing since then. I also go to a gym 4 days a week. 2 days of circuit and two days of cardio. Due to a knee injury I had not been able to ride a bike but in the past three weeks have been able to ride standing up which does not make me bend my knee as much. I am sooo happy . Hello all have been staying busy with grandkiddies and work. Still filling very full from my fill on tuesday, however, have had trouble with some regular foods. Anything dry has trouble staying down. Had some chicken a little while ago and serious pain, got rid of some of it , tried some water to see if that would help give me some liguid to help it come up but still no relief. Any ideas of how to get the pressure reduced? It hurts !

MY GD HAS A I YR OLD YORKIE- COCO-, CUTE AND SWEET BUT HAS A TEMPERMENT AT TIMES. WE ALSO HAVE INHERITED MY DADS WHIT PERSIAN CAT- BUBBA- WHO THINKS HE RULES THE HOUSE. HELLO, IT'S DIANA THE VICIOUS GRAMINATOR BAKUGAN PLAYER. WHEN MY GRANDSONS GOT INTO BAKUGAN I WENT LOOKING FOR SOME TO BUY AND I FOUND A GIANT RED DRAGON BAKUGAN THAT FILLS THE PALM OF YOUR HAND. THE KIDS LOVED IT AND THATS HOW I GOT THE NAME GRAMINATOR. WELL I LOST 7 #'S THIS MONTH. YEH!! HOPE TO GET TO 40 OR CLOSE BY MY NEXT APPT. ASKED ABOUT MY BAND AND AS I THOUGHT IT IS A 14 cc BUT WHEN I ASKED HOW MUCH MY FILLS WHERE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO TELL ME. SHE SAID THEY DON'T WANT ME CONCENTRATING ON THAT JUST KEEP FOLLOWING MY PLAN. IS THAT TYPICAL RESPONSE? WHATS THE BIG DEAL. ANY WAY AFTER I GOT DONE I WENT TO THE MALL AND LOOKED AT NEW CLOTHES, CAN 'T BUY, DIDN'T EVEN TRY , JUST LOOKED. MY INSURANCE ONLY PAID A SMALL AMT AND I PAID THE REST. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. I QUESS THE INSURANCE COMPANY CAN STOP THE DEBATE IF THEY COVER WLS SURGERY AT A FLAT RATE AND LEAVE IT UP TO YOU TO DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO PAY OR NOT. THE CLINIC IS HAVING A CLOTHING EXCHANGE NEXT MONTH AND I'M GOING TO CHECK IT OUT. ONE OF THE SISTERS AT CHURCH WAS COMMENTING ON MY SHIRT FALLING OFF MY SHOULDERS THEN I SHOWED HER THE CLOSE TO 6 INCH GAP IN MY SKIRT. REALLY DONT' KNOW HOW I'M KEEPING THAT ONE ONE. I CAN TAKE THE WAIST UP TO GET BY FOR A WHILE LONGER. DOESN'T BOTHER ME. WE HAVE A BOYSCOUT FAMILY PICNIC TONIGHT FOR THE GRANDSON'S. Hello it's diana soon to be renamed the graminator. Kinda a cross between the terminator version and a bakugan wizard. Ok since im new alittle background banded 2/15/10 at 325. Going today for my 4 th fill. Thanks to this group i now know i need to find out what the cc measurement , what i have already had and the size of my band. I did not know to follow this until i heard about it here. I started going to the gym with my daughter. When i started i couldn't last long and worried about getting hurt- i tend to fall a lot. Now i'm doing two circuits a week and two days of treadmill in between. Due to knee surgery i was not able to peddle a bike but now have the strength to stand and peddle. For about 10 minutes so im happy. I lost 20 #'s the first 2 months nothing the third and am around 6-8 for this weigh in today. Still trying to find this sweet spot everyone talks about. Hope to find it soon. I will check in this evening after the fill and i find out what amt i have in me. Thanks for listening. Diana

BANDED FEBUARY 15, 2010 FOUR MONTHS TOMORROW- 33 #'S GONE. NO COMPLICATIONS AT ALL. LITTLE TO NO PAIN MEDS NEEDED. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS GAS IN MY LEFT SHOULDER WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AT TIMES. MAJOR BRUISING THOUGH. HAVE HAD THREE FILLS, CAN'T SAY I'VE FOUND THE SWEET SPOT THOUGH. NO LOSS AT ALL IN APRIL. DID NOT KNOW ABOUT FOLLOWING THE AMOUNTS OF YOUR FILL UNTIL I FOUND THIS SITE. HAVE MY NEXT FILL TOMORROW AND PLAN ON GETTING MY FILL #'S WRITTEN DOWN. WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH OTHERS BANDED AROUND MY DATE. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

Congrats! I used Bariatric Advantage Protein mix and it isn't bad in fact my daughter and grandkids now buy and drink it. I like pineapple so i would mix finely crushed pinepple- more a puree and mixed it up. My gkids like it with peanutbutter. So lots of ways to mix it up. What have you tried?
