I am approaching my 6 month post op and I couldn't be happier. I am the model patient. I follow all the do's and don't and never cheat. I am down 50 puonds to date.I started out at 218, with no energy and suffered from back pain day in and day out. I am now at 167 and feel like I could lose another 10 lb and be ok. I don't want to lose too much more than that. For my frame I feel that 50-60 lbs lost is more than enough. I have only had one fill so far because I have been doing so well. I measure all my servings. I can now eat more than one cup, however I don't even try it. I stick to the guidelines. I plan to get another light fill in three weeks after my Las Vegas vacation.I can't believe that people consider me petite? It's not registered yet with my brain, but it must be true. I do stuggle with family and friends jeaslousy. But am learning to realize that it's their problem not mine. I am currently wearing size 10-12, six months ago I was wearing a 20! I have cleaned out my closet and everything I own now is a size 10-12! I will never go back, so I donated all my 16,18,20's!
