After struggling with my weight my entire life, I found myself this past April at 292lbs - and I had no idea how I let that happen to myself. I realized it was time to take control and I started looking into lap band. As soon as I realized my insurance would cover it, I signed right up. Today, as I'm writing this, I am one day past my surgery, and I can't wait to see how far I can get.
