I just checked my messages, you were asking about protien drinks.....I get mine at walmart or targer right around 15.00 a big bucket. I think it is called whey protien. Since I'm on regular food now I try to stay away from liqued calories I journal everything so I keep track of protien, calories, exercise, and vitamins (so I don't forget)
