Your story is amazing. My surgery is tomorrow morning, and here I am trying to calm my nerves. Thanks for posting... what have you found has helped you the most in your success? I weigh about what you did pre-op and would love to get to 160. The doc's said that with avg weight loss I should expect 190- but I really hope for more, and want to commit to this. Plus I am getting married in July...
