3 years ago today I had my lap band surgery. It has been a learning experience. People that say having a weight loss surgery is taking the easy way out have NO idea! This is so not easy! And it's very expensive! I am glad I have my band, but lately it has been causing more harm than good. I am making a commitment to myself to start new from today. And if things don't improve I will be looking into another surgery. Cheers to my band!
