hi Zen, I am getting ready for bed. I have my 2 week post-op doctor visit tomorrow. Maybe they will give me a fill date which is supposed to be 6 weeks post-op. I have MUCH less pain tonight. I have been more satisfied since I have added that cream of wheat. I added up my calories and it is under 800. How many do you get a day? Have a nice day:) lynda
