My head says I'm hungry but my tummy says no way....Cant get over this head hunger. Aside from throwing it up that's the only thing i can think of... I can officially eat mushy foods now but have noticed a slight re-gain in weight. I didn't lose all that much weight when i was on liquids so it is sad to see that as I change eating phases I begin to gain again. Well Mary I can only tell you what others have told me is that we're healing right now and shouldn't focus on weight loss. even though that's the whole reason we got wls. I know that you tend to gain just after surgery because of all the Fluid they put in you and your body just went through a tramatic time turning surgery so it's a given that you would gain a little. I started losing about 1lb a day when i was on liquids the 1st week after surgery so when i started mushy foods I gained a little back again. I have started to lose again now that I am 10 into my mushy phase and know that I will probably gain again when I eat regular food in the next 2 weeks. Basically at this point I'm not stressing about how much I lose or gain until I start getting my fills in October. I guess it's just normal to gain and lose during the first 6-8 weeks. now if you start gaining after getting fills then I would be concerned..... 04948749-FFAB-E84C-90A7-1D94AFDDA05E 1.03.01

If it wasnt for LBT I would never have known what "Banster HEll" was cuz they sure dont cover that in the nutrition part of the pre-op deal....I am so glad that I read about this now that I am advancing in my foods cuz when I went from liquids to solids I gained lbs and if I didnt know what I know now from reading different post I would have felt I paid for the surgery for nothing..... 04948749-FFAB-E84C-90A7-1D94AFDDA05E 1.03.01

as long as you dont eat stuff that gives you gas the surgery gas should only last about 1 week... 04948749-FFAB-E84C-90A7-1D94AFDDA05E 1.03.01
