Well, it's been 4 yrs. For me, 4 yrs tomorrow....surprised nobody else is checking in...all's good here, down 115 lbs...

I am cooking for hubby daughter and her boyfriend and my brother.....Sat. they are hsaving a party for me...big 60...ugh.....I hope you all have a very Happy Thanksgiving..I hope Pamela is doing ok...and that she can have turkey broth!!!!

I started watching that Oprah this morning before I left for dentist, I'll have to watch remainder tonight, we get her 2x a day.... heard the other day, a friend of my daughter's, actually an old boyfriend, was beat up near San Diego....he is openly gay, and they believe it was a hate crime....here is the story... If you gals like pumpkin, lattes etc, I tried this and it is amazing, there is another recipe on her site using punkin butter in pinkin lattes, very good and point friendly....Pumpkin Butter | Ginas Skinny Recipes The beauty of WW is you can eat anything, jut count the points....I sometimes have problems with veges and fruits and stringy meat-pot roast, pulled pork-but try to get some extra in liquid form-juice...vege& fruit, not meat!!! LOL...It seems I also have PB issues with weird stuff: mashed potatoes??? Bananas??? Still love that ham/cheese soup....but I don't do the tofu in it usually.....still NOTHING on job front....hanging by a thread.... Have a good one!

Nothing much going on here...dentist appt. later is about it....could someone send me slow cooker stroganoff recipe, please sounds good...growing up, my mom found a meataball stroganoff recipe in the newspaper that she mDE ALL THE TIME, AND NOBODY HAS THE ORIGINAL RECIPE ANYMORE...i MAKE IT BUT IT NEVER QUITE TASTES THE SAME....FUNNY, WENT TO MY HIGH SCHOOL'S fb PAGE, AND THERE WAS a comment about having hard rolls with butter in the cafeteria for breakfast....and I have never found hard rolls that tasted the same since....weird....going to Ohio next weekend...Irish festival in Dublin Ohio with my sister, hubby and little great nephew Dylan...should be fun...staying 2 nts in Dublin...an Irish group we like, Gaelic Storm, is playing,,,GS was the Irish band that was in Titanic...they played down in the second class part of the ship....the Irish part when Kate and Leo were dancing...have a great day...

Hi everybody...just got back from KC...Kansas City....got together with some old friends that we haven't seen in 14 yrs??? Yikes...we actually lost track...they were in KC, then moved to Houston...I tried looking them up when I was in Houston a few years ago...and they had moved..couldn't find them...but I finally tracked them down, found their daughter onFB and MySpace...so we went out to dinner on Sunday..they were leaving for vacation on Tueday, so our timing worked out well...we ate BBQ a lot...lol..it was good though...went to Hallmark (cards) Headquarters..stayed one night at Harrah's..gambled a little....and now we are home...Judy, hope you start feeling better...Pamela, yikes expensive ticket is right!! Janie, don't you have to have beAUTICIAN license to shop at Sally? Way to go on the gym, Laura....we were paLYING LICENSE PLATES GAME IN CAR and missed NC & SC....missed lots of East coast ones..glad you had a safe trip, Michelle...Love the color scheme too Haaydee...well laundry is calling...take care!!!

Meant to tell you, I found pretzel M&M's, and I have to say I was not impressed...I like the chocolate pretzel 1pt bars sold at WW meetings much better...leaving for KC in the morning...Janie, I thought we might be going through STL, but it doesn't look like it...I'd love to do another Cubs-Cards game there, we did it years ago and it was fun...be good, stay cool!!!

Not much going on here....slept like poop last night, but doing large latte this am.....getting ready to go to KC on Sunday....hoping this unemployment extension gets passed.....Judy, glad to hear you are doing well....are you able to shower/get incision wet yet???
