  2. I finally made it to One-der Land and my first 50 lbs. I'm so excited. After this last month, I have something to rejoice about. I haven't exercised since my father passed earlier this month. So, tomorrow I'm gonna give it a shot and get back on track. It's been a rough month, but I'm ready to resume my journey.

  4. I'm told you s/b able to laugh @ yourself. So, I'm on the treadmill this morning really moving & all of a sudden my pants fall off. Thank God for big oversize tee shirts. I guess I need to go shopping.

    Walking for the first 6 weeks. No heavy lifting. My Dr. told me to start adding weights after 6 weeks to build muscle you are loosing from weight loss.

    11.4 lbs to go and only 11 days until Easter. I'm not going to make it; but it was a good try. I'm getting as close as possible.

    Weight GAIN this week!!!!

    I have had the same experience. Lose 2lbs then gain 1 lb. It can be frustrating. But hang in there. I know I am.

    I am so sorry to hear that. I know that you're disappointed, but it seems to me that you really need to know what's going on with your health. You do not want to make matters worse. It will all work out and I will keep you in prayer. Delayed but not denied.
  16. Well the sent me the wrong Bodymedia. I was suppose to get the bluetooth. Just got the correct one today. I loved the one they sent in error, so I should really love this one. It keeps me motivated to push that last ten minuets or push to get the vigorus activity in and not just the moderate.

    VSG Regrets?

    I am 7 weeks out and have NO regrets. There have been challenging days. But well worth it. Its no easy fix and you still have to put in the work. But the vsg is a wonderful aid and makes it obtainable.

  21. I got my BodyMedia Fit yesterday. So far so good. The real test will come tomorrow. My resting metabolic rate is really low.

  22. I get my BodyFit Media tomorrow. I can't wait. I'm excited about it. Now I can monitor my calories burned and what my metabolism rate is when resting.

  23. IHave been waking up at 4:30 pm all this week to go to the gym. One more day to go. Its starting to wear me down. Gotta get some sleep.
