I finally made it to One-der Land and my first 50 lbs. I'm so excited. After this last month, I have something to rejoice about. I haven't exercised since my father passed earlier this month. So, tomorrow I'm gonna give it a shot and get back on track. It's been a rough month, but I'm ready to resume my journey.

I'm told you s/b able to laugh @ yourself. So, I'm on the treadmill this morning really moving & all of a sudden my pants fall off. Thank God for big oversize tee shirts. I guess I need to go shopping.

Well the sent me the wrong Bodymedia. I was suppose to get the bluetooth. Just got the correct one today. I loved the one they sent in error, so I should really love this one. It keeps me motivated to push that last ten minuets or push to get the vigorus activity in and not just the moderate.

I got my BodyMedia Fit yesterday. So far so good. The real test will come tomorrow. My resting metabolic rate is really low.

I get my BodyFit Media tomorrow. I can't wait. I'm excited about it. Now I can monitor my calories burned and what my metabolism rate is when resting.

IHave been waking up at 4:30 pm all this week to go to the gym. One more day to go. Its starting to wear me down. Gotta get some sleep.
