    Good morning, Thank you u for the replies... I was told a soft foods diets but all it say is scramble eggs, yogurt, and string cheese.... Unfortunately my surgeon is gone to a Convention for the weeknd:frown: so I cant get any advice from him.... I guess I better just eat eggs and yogurt to be on the safe side...

    I got my band on the 13th of May and I'm a little Paranoid about my stomach incessions. Is it gona hurt when they take the staples out?? How long does it usually take for my scars to heal and go away?:thumbup:
