Yea i kinda fell off the planet after surgery for a little while I havent even posted any new pics but total I have lost 30 lbs and I am eating about 1 1/2 cups too, i cant wait for my retriction to kick in. I work 8-5 m-f so we could do a weekend. have you tried alcohol yet? Good job on the 34 lbs do you feel it yet??
