Haven't dared to get on the scale since I have been eating and not wisely. Going to get my second fill on Sept 7th then I will know what my weight will be good or bad. Heck I got the lap band to restrict my in take of food and guess just got a bit disheartened when I didn't really feel any change. People that have had their sweet spot fill told me it will get a lot easier once I reach that spot and not to worry about things until then. Easier said then done! I am a food a holic so if I don't have restriction this is going to be a waste of time and money as well as the risk involved having it done and the scars....why don't I just get my act together is something I need to figure out! Up beat but still loving food too much! wink.... okay love / hate with food....love to eat it but hate the weight gain... blushing.....
Hope you are doing better then me! Hugs

I think you are doing great with 22 lbs lost! My fill was only 4 ccs and still no restriction. I really need to feel the restriction or I am afraid I will really start to go over board!
My second fill is on Sept I think it's the 7th. If they don't put at least 4 more I will cry! Don't want this surgery to be for not!
Wishing you all the best with your journey....hugs

My fill didn't restrict me. It was 4 ccs but maybe the next time it will. Haven't weighed myself this week and haven't been doing well with the eating. Stressful week because my daughter 18 seen three of her guy friends get stabbed while they were having a good time at a park that use to be safe. They all survived but it was very traumatic for everyone. Food is my comfort I guess because I always run to it when I am hurting inside. Was doing so well before that too!
Congrats on the weight loss! This will work as long as we don't defeat ourselves.
Good luck staying on the journey to a thinner, healthier you!
Hugs,
Lisa
