I've been living a low card diet for two years now and felt that this would fit into my lifestyle change.  I'm a very active person and the asthma was getting worse and running was really getting bad. I'm really hoping to connect with others that are one this journey and communicate.  So far my our of pocket expenses have been: 150 initial exam which part of that will be refunded since I was approved by insurance, 160 for food coach, 150 co-pay at the surgical center.  I haven't included the protein shakes I've been on cause I was on those since 2008.  I've also been taking the Fish Oil.
