I have been overweight all my adult years. The last 10 years I have gained 75 lbs. I have failed on numourous diets and it is time to get control of my weight and feel better. My blood pressure has been high for the last 3 yrs and I take 2 seperate BP pills plus a water pill. I am excited and a little nervous too! J
