nina- I almost agree with you on the BC thing, but then gadget ladies arguments are so true too. maybe a condition like that would help girls from having multiple abortions. IUDs are expensive I would have gotten one when I first got married at 18, but I couldn't afford it. So I took regular BC and got pregnant at 19. Was I pleased with that? NO way! I was so upset. Luckily, I was smart enough to save myself for my husband and together we were able to handle it. We loved that baby so much, 18 months later we were desperate to have another! Now we have two gorgeous girls. Maybe having free IUDs would help cut down the abortion rate. Maybe having the girl go to a counseling session or two before she is able to kill the baby would help too. If I had been offered a free IUD I can tell you that I would not have any children today, I had no idea of the joys I was missing out on. I had no interest in kids at all. My husband of course wanted 5!

Nina- I was getting excited that he was in france! I'm in Germany and Paris is only 3 hrs. from me. So I could travel easily. But then the price tag of 12000 euro! Too much for me! sadly. I'm sure it will be worth every penny though. I would pay it in a heartbeat if I could afford it.

my husband does his own laundry too. he too is a military man, and even folds all his shirts in 6" squares and makes the bed super tight. Congrats on the NSV!

good news, after emailing back and forth a few times, my coach has decided to forgive my missed call! i'm happy. That was nice of them. So she said it takes up to two weeks to book a call. So maybe next week i'll have a session or the week after. What features did you find out about only through the coach? I've looked at the site a lot. For two weeks now I've been in a deficit of at least 1000 calories and most times I'm around 1200-1500. I'm completely honest with my intake, and my scale says i've gained 5lbs now! It is that time of month, could that be the problem? do we really gain during that time?

yeah, i totally agree with the food thing too. It's not very good. It get annoying. sometimes when i don' feel like building my own food, I just look to see how many calories was in it, (if it's that type of food to do that) and then pick any food and edit the portion size to meet thos calories. lazy way. but it works, I've only done it two or three times now. One day it said i ate 800 calories worth of tortilla chips! i missed a coaching session! So i haven't had one yet. Are they really good, or am i not missing out on anything?

In my experience, the best way to find love in your heart for someone is to serve them. It will be hard to suck up that pride, but oh so worth it in the end. Do something very nice for that person. Serving others does way more for you than it ever will for them. So offer to do something nice for her and you'll be surprised to find that you will begin to love her as you serve. You may never be best buds, but at least you won't have all of these negative feelings in you. Not good for weight loss.

ok, oops, I can't find where i read that the abortion rate was almost nothing for married woman, but i did find this site where it says that 7% of married womans pregnancies ended in abortion in 1999 and unmarried where 4x higher and most likely to end in abortion. that was 9 years ago, so things have changed i'm sure. The point is that when a child in conceived within wedlock the chances of it being discarded or killed are far less then when not. The reasons for these millions of abortions are not always health, of the mother or baby. Most of them from reading statistics seems to be because of money, or a baby just not fitting into their lifestyle. That in a way is using abortion as birthcontrol. OOps I made a bad choice to have unprotected sex and I'm pregnant, I'm scared! How can i make this mistake go away? Abortion. yes, it is nice that this debate is not a hateful name calling fest!
