I was a die hard Coke addict before surgery! I loved the "burn". After surgery, I knew that I had to give it up. I am not a big water drinker and the only thing that has help me get my 64 ounces a day has been sugar free Kool-Aid. It tastes just like real Kool-Aid!!!
