I did one week of liquids and then straight to solids and also have great restriction. I felt like I was cheating already felt very guilty. My weight loss is not the greatest Im losing about 2 pounds a week..It's nice to know Im not alone

Congrats, I also had my lap on july 9.. As of today i have lost 9 lbs but still feeling very hungry..I have read lots of messagages and it seems everybody's weight lose is different. Best luck to you vera:thumbup:
