i wouldnt worry about the spitting thing. Lots of us go through it, some at more noticeable levels then others. I actually pretty much eat alone at all times because of this problem. an inconvenience? hell yea it is, but i cant wait til my wedding. I reached my goal of my freshman cheerleading weight of 120 from 225 adn i made it in less than a year. Hang in there, and bare with it. I also agree with a few messages up... ive notices that if u take as much time possible ( an annoying amount of time ) chewing throuroughly, it can decrease the amount and intensity of this crazy saliva with a mind of its own!!! good luck. youre not alone! -SM -
