So I went to My nutrition Seminar OMG! this little chewable is easy to eat and actually really good if anyone out there is looking for a easy way to get in your serving of fruits and Veggies this would be it hands down! I am new to this site I havent set a surgery date yet, but i am hoing to have it done in June or july!!!! Please add me I want to hear stories and I have questions! First off I was wondering what every ones avarage weight loss per week? and How much you all exercise? I want to join a gym so looking for advise on what machines might be good!! I weigh 257 and my goal is to get down to 150 is that possible? anyone have suggestions on blended food for that period I will be eating pureed?:smile:
