    No, it doesn't I take it too and it helps with my sweet cravings and I believe the ingredients help with the HBP. Check into it. I have taken things that make my heart race and I didn't like it. The thing I like about these are that they are once a day like the prescription but with out the side effects.

    I am taking quickslim30 and glacial milk liquid vitamins. The quickslim helps me with the sweet cravings and the vitamins have a lot of good stuff in them. M&M's go down too easy a lot easier than steak. I am not puking it's more like the slimes :cool: or PBing and I definitley don't want to do it. It just happens whether I eat the right thing and chew properly or not. It seems like instead of just staying down when I am full I PB then slimes. Maybe I am putting that extra in like when you fill the gas tank and squeeze a few more cents in and that is what is coming up.

    This is the same thing that is happening to me...I have to eat with something close by or make a beeline to the bathroom. BUT I have lost 6lbs since my fill on the 4th. I am happy to finally see the scale moving again.:whoo:

    I didn't tell everyone...only a few people know like my immediate family and a few friends. I will tell someone that I know won't blab my business and if it is to help them. Especially since I was like a 37 BMI and a lot of people think I didn't need the band.

    No I am not where I want to be...and I understand totally about the small quantities of crap!! I don't exercise maybe that will help cause I have been the same for a while now the only difference is now I am not using any diet pills etc. to help which is what I was doing to get where I am now.

    I haven't posted in months, simply b/c I have been on a roller coaster. I am at 8cc's in a 10cc band and I am SOOO TIGHT! The only thing that I can eat that makes me feel good is a can of tuna with a ton of mayo. In the evening I can eat, but breakfast and lunch forget it! The thing is I am not losing even though I can't keep much down. Is this the sweet spot? It doesn't take much to fill me up at all. I now see how people said that they take three bites and can't eat any more. Everything seems to hurt or maybe I need to pulverize my food better cause like I said the tuna works for me. I just need something to keep me away from the sweets...at least its not twix in the afternoon anymore...its m&m's

    Yes I think it takes longer b/c we are only changing our eating by a few hundred calories not thousands and maybe just leaving out starches etc.

    I say try stewed meats...like stewed chicken (boneless skinless thighs) not breasts b/c they are too dry. Stew beef with collard greens. Try curried stewed meats or burbon chicken etc. with some kind of green vegetable that you can tolerate. I also use the Morningstar Farms Grillers in the microwave b/c they are softer that way and they also have the meal starters soy protien chicken and steak they are very tender compared to chicken and steak and offer the protien that you need.:hungry:

    Yes only one a day! I bought mine on ebay, but I saw the website that sells them too. I only saved a few dollars though.

    I find that it helps to follow some kind of plan. I just incorporated everything that I learned from South Beach and LA Weight loss and hope that it helps.

    I had the first real slime incident yesterday...not fun I had stew beef and tried to eat some cornbread with it...needless to to say bad choice.
