Not sure about most of you but i have to weigh myself everyday, I guess because i am so excited. I seem to be losing a pound a day but somedays nothing but I dont sweat it, I think i am doing well since i just had surgery 2 weeks ago

Thanks... It seems to be going well I have lost 14 pounds in 8 days. I am now losing a pound a day, But it also helps having four kids keep me on my toes

Glad to see your all doing well, I been having to push myslef to drink my protein shakes. So i am just sticking with Isopure right now Ieverything else i been able to hold down just fine even some foods.

Ok since we are coming clean lol I am on day 4 and oh man its hard i am starving in my mind, but i feel full. I did cheat by 2 having ritz cracker it really helped with acid. And i had a lick of a piece of candy.

The clear liquid I drink is Isopure it is expensive but has 40 grams of Protein, I got mine at GNC

Well I had my surgery on the 12th of july I had to stay 2 night due to not being able to drink water. I am home doing well now I only took pain meds one day, i went on a small walk feeling good. Now the down falls smelling food im still hungry, seeing food still makes me want it, the gas KILLS but i am drining my clear liquids not as much as i should but i am.

Hi everyone I am crystal, my surgery date is 7/12 which is tommarow. I am really excited, so far i have lost 20 pounds before surgery I feel great. Today I am on a liquid only diet which i thought would be harder than it is I havent drank much at all, I made a protein shake and had half of it. Wish me luck!

I am having my sleeve done 7/12, really nervous but ready. Was told to do all liquids today. I have read that some ppl had to do 2 weeks of a liquid diet I dont know how they do it I am starving and its almost 1 pm. Whis me luck guys im ready to start my new life tomarrow
