stateofzen, That is wonderful, MyOwnLife, I had my first fill on March 7, the Dr said it may be a week before I fill anything. I hope ti kick in. I'm eating the right things but I do eat more then I should. Everyone keep up the good work. sourmissg

Hello all I have not been around for some time now. I want to say hello and to see what's been going on. I was down 39lbs. my last apt I had gained 2 lbs back. Monday March 7, I will have my first fill. I received my band 23 of Sept 2010

I don't know what's going on today I walked for 45 ins. half the way threw, I started to feel bad. I did complete the 45 mins. But I'm feeling much better now. Well I will see how things go tomorrow, oh I'm going to try the 15 min on the bike this evening.

I'm happy to hear that your port did not flip, things will work out. Like you said some times it may take a little longer for some to recover.

CalicoskiesNC, That's a good ideal to have a beautiful outfit place in in a shadow box. I may try that my self.

today I walk 40mins on the tread mill. I had a Dr. app. I was told they would like for me to to 60mins 7 day a week. Now I'm working on 45mins on the tread mill and 15mins on bike 6 days a week. I'm down 2.7 more lbs.

Missjoany: I sorry to hear you may have to have surgery to repair your port, hope thing work out for you.Today I had Dr. with my surgeon appointment today, I'm down another 2.7lbs. He did not say any thing about when I will get my first fill. But he did say I'm doing good with the weight loss.

Mytrice, I'm so sorry to hear that you was not able to get you adjustment. I know that have to be upsetting, but you hang in there things will work out.

Today is the first day I walked on the tread mill this week. I'm still doing 35mins, but I'm walking at a faster pace. I start 10mins low, move up 2 speeds I do 15mins, end up back to low for 10mins.

Moni, Thanks for the infor, I'll be keeping that mind. Moni I'm have not been able to post my new weight on my weight ticker would you happen to know how I can change it to my new weight.

Missjoany, Yes I can see and feel my port. Last night I had to go for another sleep study. When I use my c-pat machine, it would be uncomfortable. I think the Dr may take me off the machine.
