SINCE YOU BEEN GOOOONE I CAN BREATHE FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!! SINCE YOU BEEN GONE YEAH YEAH!!!! (i forgot the rest of the words) So my menu lunch - 2 monster tacos from jack in the crack snack - side salad rach dressing dinner - the 1st attempt 60 calorie broccoli with sliced sausauge throw that right right after 2 bites, it came up easy the 2nd attempt cup of noodles just didnt feel right while eating the noodles the 3rd attempt nutty buddy bar tasted like throw up and peanut butta the 4th and last attempt a few bites of a 99cent pizza i was to sleepy and tired to eat it I gave up!!! I'm not sure why I had so much restriction on yesterday!! I was able to get 2 bottles of Water down!! Today I'm starting off with a Slim Fast drink Lunch - Not sure if I will have a appetite love you all thanks for listening!!!

Happy Monday! I had alot of sushi on Friday and Saturday along with some drinks from the bar! I didnt know how I would react to the sushi I didnt rather well beside the seaweed I could swallow it! Yuck! I couldnt even tell what kind of Sushi i ate but it was great!!!!!!!!!!! ok I'm going to weigh myself sometime this week Wish me luck!!!

I was so scared to take picture of myself but I did it!!! thank you so much for the encourgament I've been pretty hard on myself lately.. My 2nd fill is really taking alot out of me it's tight and everything I swallow just sits there and then I feel it go thru "WEIRD" But it has only been a week since the fill I'm to scared to eat anyting major other then nachos ha ha ha I still dont know how to make protein drinks ??? maybe I'm just have a moment I NEED SOME HELP!!! going to get weighed today to see if there is a difference since my 2nd fill....wish me lucky luck!!!!

One of the worst nights ever! I PB'ed for the first time ever since being banned in March I only tooks two bites of a 6 in subway sandwich and 3.2 seconds later A huge amount of SLIME AND MORE SLIME CAME FROM MY BODY!!! So ran to the restroom and fell to me knees and coughed one time and low and behold a ball of subway wrapped in slime!!!!! I cried and doubted my doctor and i wanted the band out of me!! i calmed down and just relaxed and i felt better after a few hours still wasnt able to eat much so i just went to bed no more pb'ing for me i cant deal with that!!!
