PLD

Hi PDL, I'm also new to the group. I just joined in July & since I'm a self pay I guess things go faster. First Dr. visit July 15th. being banded on July 28th! I've been on Medifast for 8 days & I'm starving. It's 800 calories pre- packaged..ugh. I'm 55 yrs. old, retired also, married & all my children are adults. I live in Washington State but the desert part (todays forcast 101). Let's stay in touch through this exciting journey. I don't know about you but when your retired & the kids are gone the freedom is like crazy fun. I want to have the body to enjoy it! Cindy
