Wow, you've done great! How much do they put in at your 1st fill or does it just depend on the person? I'm glad that we met and live relatively close to each other. I was 297 when I started Sugar Busters. The week before surgery I was at 276. Today, I weigh 262. I have such a long way to go, but I feel like I have been given a second chance at life. I will be starting the mushies stage next week and could really use some ideas about that. What did you eat? I like the sound of the things that you are eating now. I bet they are very satisfying. Let's keep in touch!

Hi Sun Rae, I live in Putney -right down the street from the Merck plant. I started the sugar busters in April before my band, i still don't eat rice, bread, pasta much . Usually yogurt with fiberOne cereal mixed together is breakfast, salad with salmon or tuna pouches are lunch and dinner is a meat with another salad. Sometimes I pack extra yogurt or some cheese for snacks.
I started at 290 back the end of March, this morning my scales said 222, so I've lost about 68 pounds so far. It is really starting to make a difference in how I look and feel about myself. I am so thankful that Dr Bagnato gave me a second chance! I've had a couple of fills - they were easy since Dr B places the port in the shoulder area - my next fill is 10 Nov.

Hi there! Yes, I love, love, love Dr. Bagnato. I am 10 days post op and I am feeling very good. I have felt a little more swollen this evening, but I'm sure there will be some internal swelling for a while. My Dad lives in Albany, retired from Merck before they closed. I live in Climax. How much weight have you lost? I'm so nervous about my first fill. It's Nov. 30th. Maybe we can help each other through this journey. I'm so excited!
