Wow, you've done great! How much do they put in at your 1st fill or does it just depend on the person? I'm glad that we met and live relatively close to each other. I was 297 when I started Sugar Busters. The week before surgery I was at 276. Today, I weigh 262. I have such a long way to go, but I feel like I have been given a second chance at life. I will be starting the mushies stage next week and could really use some ideas about that. What did you eat? I like the sound of the things that you are eating now. I bet they are very satisfying.
