Ok so the practioner who does my fills said that he saw a small prolapse to the left of my band. He also said that the band may have to come out or replaced back in to the right spot. I have before had the fluid taken out and waited then had the fluid put back in and still the same thing, a small bubbled are right at the top of the band. This is very discouraging to say the least. The practioner says this happens to about 8 percent of lap band patients. Does any one have any experience with this has anyone been through this that would like to share their experience with me. Had a fill today ! I have a 14cc band and I am at 9.5cc in the band. Today when I had the fill I went from 8cc to 10cc then above the band it balloned out over the band . So they took out 1cc and then rechecked it and the barium went through with no difficulties so they added another .5cc and all was well. Has any one every had this happen and why do you think this happens. Should I been concerend about this ? Thanks any inshight comments are encouraged and welcomed. Chuck

The doc said that it was a prolapse. If it doent fix itself their may be another surgery in future. Lets pray that It is all well. Thanks for the comment ! Chuck

I am with Momof5 I love the Nectar Protien ! The Carribean Cooler to me is the BOMB ! Fuzzy Navel is great too ! At LapBand support group I go to everyone pitches in and we buy in bulk then share the flavors it is great ! Try alot of them to find what works for you. Because that is the one you will stick with watch your carbs and fat grams and remember just cause it says it has 52 grams of protien the body can only process so many at a time.
