Anglov, Iam sure I will be having the same concerns as I get closer to my surgery. It is normal and natural to have doubts and wonder if we are making good decisions. I know I have a good doctor but the thing that keeps me confident is knowing that I am doing this for my health and my family. That knowledge makes me just a little braver. I want to be a good role model for my children and grandchildren. Also, I feel that I will be worse off if I don't try to help myself. Best wishes and prayers for You.

Thanks to all for the postings. Will have surgery (lap band) in May 2010. I am trying to get samples and recipes for my diet post surgery. I will like to find a liquid multi-vitamin with minerals.
