That sounds pretty good. I will have to see if that fits within my diet. It doesn't appear to cross over any of the eliminate from you diet items.
I am allowed to have two healthy meals to include 4-6oz of lean meat and green vegetables only. Also allowed 1 cup of fruit after meal. I like the part where it says, "If you have to eat breakfast, you may have 2 boiled or soft scrambled eggs". What happened to breakfast being the most important meal of the day?

Maybe this can help. I?ve taken the broth allotment with the veg?s (mushrooms, leeks) with fresh oregano and pepper and made a nice ?comforting? soup for emergencies. As we as some cherry tomatoes, garlic and balsamic to marinade or ad to green salad, and taken thinly sliced cucumbers and marinated with vinegar, water and salt. So I have the cravings covered (salt, warm, spicy). Two cups of veg?s is not a lot! Thank goodness sweet isn?t my thing!
