Hi, Do not get depressed. You can make the choice to change your life once and for all. It is a process. I resisted the process for over a year before I got banded. My sister had the GBP and has gain weight back. Then once I made my mind up, I never wanted to wear FAT CLOTHES again I was a size 24 Plus. I went thru the process I was banded almost one year ago. I can't tell you how fast this year has gone and how much better my life is today. I skied this winter and I now wear a size 12p cuz I am short. I have become a shop a holic. My husband says You go girl this is your reward to yourself you earned it. Lets be friends and we can chat about your progress. I was born July 18, 1956 so we are close in age. I feel like I am 18 again no kidding. I ride a bike, dance, swim, ski, Blog and I always have something to wear now. I love to go places. Best wishes and I hope to hear from you again.
