FINALLY39

Well Hello I am a post-op lap band patient I had surgery on 07-07-09 and I am almost a year into it. My pre weight before the surgery was 314 I am now at 248 which I feel real good about. I suffer with the type II diabetes and blood pressure (high) also I found out through the testing I have severe sleep apnea which might be cleared now with the weight loss. Well at this point I am not on insulin every day anymore and i don't take the pills, I am now on a sliding scale so i use insulin as needed but I haven't had to use it and I don't take medicine for my high bloodpressure anymore either I am very happy but I sometimes get discouraged because i think i have come to a plateau...i DON'T LIKE GETTING THE FILLS BECAUSE I GET REALLY SICK.
