Hi everyone.  I'm sitting here in Campinile Hotel in Vilvoorde with EnglishRose, ready to go home.  She says 'Hi' by the way.  Had my band done on 4th May.  It wasn't as bad as I thought.  Still a bit sore, but I know it will be worth it in the end. I had been thinking about having the band for a long time, so finally bit the bullet and had it done.  I was done by Dr Chris de Bruyne in Belguim.  I met Frederik in Dublin and he was very helpful.  Have loads to lose, but plenty to gain.
