    dont fix a glass get you a cup of ice what ever melts while u eat is what you can drink
  2. you are eatting way to much at the most 1000 caloreis and way to many carbs you need to eat protein the gym person has no idea what she is doing try swiming or walking in a pool that will work you out and not hurt your knees good luck

    adding sour cream or chream cheese wow calories you can steam it season it and the make a patty and fry it with pam in a non stick pan and it is really good but u can make mashed pot with spray butter and nofat half and half and they are great.

    probley not but sounds like you had acid reflux and your band tighten up causing you to throw up if u are still doing this u need to call your dr cause u could damage your band if u keep having these problems

    ice cream , peanut butter, sugar drinks, juices, some cakes pudding- suggared candy choculate rule of thumb if it soft and melt dont eat it cheese

    i used protein all the way through i have found two diffrent kind that doesnt have that problem for vanilla or choculate i use presctfit from drdiet .com my dr recommends this and doesnt taste lik a protin drink and if you want something light and fruit flavoe use 4everfit fruit isolate it is 100 cal and 25 protein no carbs and no fat great choice to get you protein in in buy it from bodybuilding.com right now they have a special the black rasberry is wonderful. hope this helps.

    chew gum and use sugar free mints also use instant mashed potatos if you use protein drink it will fill you up and you can change the flavor of them. you can do this

    yes it is most likely fluid if you have been out in the heat and too much sodium intake
  9. It will be ok you are just nervious it will be over before you know it if they didn't think they could put you to sleep safely and wake you up they would tell you. You are young and have your whole life ahead of you do it now before its to late. They will give you something to help you relax just I will be praying for you. Let us know how you do . Hang in there you will have so much fun when you lose some of your weight it will not alway be easy but i will be worth it.

Give your adjustment 2 week to get the full effect keep going to your dr every 30 days so that he can get you were you need to be dont push getting fills to fast together because you will get an overfill and then you will very unhappy eat NO SUGAR OR BREAD make sure you have 70 gram of Protein a day that will cut your appt and will help you lose weight. I am 6 month from my first adjustment and droped 65 pounds Good luck and hang in there> join the wmca and go5 days a week.

    Can't get fill volume right- please help!

    You will need to find a dr that will work with you on the fills you should not be going every week it takes at least 2 weeks for a adjustment to level out so that you can see if it is a good amount i wouldn't give up on it. It better to be a little lose and exersize than to be too tight and misurable hang in there you can do this you will fell like a new person in a few pounds.

On the Full-liquids stage. Not REQUIRED to add protein yet, but it is suggested. I am not a lover of shakes. So I am trying to find unflavored protein options that I can add into my Soups, food, etc. to up my protein count. I recently purchased the New whey supplement at GNC which is intended to be added to food. I tried adding it to my creamy Soup. It smelled very sweet in the powder form. It still had a sweet taste when added to the food, and it changed the flavor, texture, and appearance of my soup so considerably as to make it unpalatable. I have ordered the sample pack from Bariatric Eating- both the multi flavor and the pure unflavored option. I guess I was/am hoping there is an unflavored powder that is of the type that, like the dissolvable Fiber, could be stirred into a clear glass of Water and no difference be found. Maybe I am being unrealistic. Can y'all suggest ones that you have been able to easily blend in with soups, other foods, etc, without tasting it or noting any kind of change? Or am I just going to have to suck it up and drink a shake between meals?
