Hello how are you ? We all get like you are but this website is great to keep you motivated I come on here every few days and look at pictures and the message board you are doing great girl at least you are getting back on the horse to try again U will make it because you are driven and nothing can stop you. I had a set back a few weeks ago my husband and I went to a buffet and I only ate veg and grilled fish and mashed pototes and a little sherbert I gained weight like almost 3 to 4 pounds I have learned it is better to eat at home at least you no what is in the food it took me a few weeks to get the 3 to 4 pounds off . You can do it girl you made the second step you will get back there thank you for your kind words
