Hi SMCGill, I just finished my 3 month prerequisites per my insurance. The 3 months went my fairly quickly. The first month will seem like an appointment marathon as you get all your testing done. Then it was just routine dietician visits for me(an exercise). Now I am awaiting the insurance finally approval for my surgery and it seems like an eternity. Hope to have a surgery date soon. -

Danielle and mace, I'm waiting impatiently for my insurance approval. I origanally thought I would have a May date but it is looking more like June. I hope to follow along with the two of you on our journey. :biggrin: -

Hi, I'm Karen, 47, from Texas. My insurance gave a cursory approval - I had pre surgery objectives to meet. one of those being 3 months of diet and exercise. I have completed all of those and am now just waiting for insurance approval that I've met all my criteria so I can set a surgery date. It has been 2 weeks since my info has been submitted and this is a very frustrating time just hoping that I can get my band and start my new life.
