Tried a few diets and had some success with Atkins but after some bouts with Diverticulitis, I couldn't continue.  Gained it all back and more.  After getting drop foot from congenital spinal stenosis, I had a laminectory to open up my lower spinal canal but still have a weak foot.  With all the weight I am carrying, it is getting more and more difficult to do and get stuff done.  I am finally ready to take a stand and do something about it.  I enjoy my food but I need to learn to enjoy life more than food!
